振动压路机不振动是怎么回事？

1、作业时，压路机应先起步后才能起震，内燃机应先于中速，然后再调制高速。

（1）控制电路故障

控制阀的电源电路处于断路状态或者控制线圈损坏，都会造成阀芯不能换向而不能与液压油腔接头而驱动马达产生激振。

应该检查电路，检查过程中使用一根导线，将其中一端与电源连接，另一端则与电磁阀驱动线圈的火线端相连，若电磁阀振动则表明是电源电路故障，则应该对电路进行检查，查出故障后予以处理。

若连接之后依然不能振动，则应该将电磁阀拆下，并手动推动阀芯，振动轮振动后，表明时电磁控制线圈损坏；也可使用导线与电磁阀火线的接线柱刮火，若没有火花，则表明电磁线圈断开。若出现火花则说明电磁线圈正常工作，但依然不能振动，则表明滑阀被卡死，需要对阀体进行检查。
