夏季高温是撒布车施工的另一大“烤”验。与冬季防冻不同,夏季施工的核心挑战在于防止设备“中暑”(高温过热)以及克服高温对物料和人员的影响。

一、 车辆设备的“防暑降温”

严防发动机与液压系统高温:

Strictly prevent high temperatures in the engine and hydraulic system:

夏季气温高,车辆长时间低速重载作业,散热压力大。操作手需时刻关注仪表盘的水温和液压油温。务必定期清理发动机散热器、液压油散热器表面的灰尘和柳絮(春季遗留),保证良好的通风散热效果。如果发现水温或油温报警,必须立即停机怠速散热,严禁直接熄火,以免热量积聚损坏缸体或液压泵。

The operator should always pay attention to the water temperature and hydraulic oil temperature on the dashboard.
