As a crucial equipment in road construction, the cement spreader is inevitably prone to various malfunctions due to the harsh operating environment (high dust and heavy load) in its daily use. To ensure the progress and quality of the project, it is crucial to promptly identify and address these malfunctions. Below, we have outlined the most common types of malfunctions encountered with cement spreaders and their professional solutions.

一、 撒布量不稳定或无法精准控制

这是施工中最为常见的问题,直接影响路面的粘结强度和平整度。

1. Unstable or inaccurate control of spreading quantity is the most common problem in construction, directly affecting the bonding strength and flatness of the pavement.

故障原因分析:

物料比重变化: 即使是同标号的水泥,不同批次或不同厂家的原材料掺杂比例、干湿度(尤其是白灰)都会有差异,导致实际比重与系统预设值不符。

Failure cause analysis: Material specific gravity variation: Even for cement of the same grade, there may be differences in the mixing ratio and dryness/wetness of raw materials (especially lime) from different batches or manufacturers, leading to discrepancies between the actual specific gravity and the preset value in the system.

车速忽高忽低: 撒布车在作业时,无论是手动还是自动模式,车速的剧烈波动都会导致绞龙和计量器的转速产生滞后或突变,从而造成撒布量忽大忽小。

The speed of the vehicle fluctuates: When the spreader is operating, whether in manual or automatic mode, drastic fluctuations in speed can cause a lag or sudden change in the rotational speed of the auger and metering device, resulting in inconsistent spreading quantities.

坡道施工影响: 在上坡或下坡道施工时,物料在车厢内会产生自流或回流,导致实际撒布量与平路施工时出现偏差(通常上坡撒布量偏大,下坡偏小)。

Impact of slope construction: During construction on uphill or downhill slopes, materials may flow naturally or backflow in the carriage, resulting in deviations in the actual spreading amount compared to construction on flat roads (usually, the spreading amount is larger on uphill slopes and smaller on downhill slopes).

参数设置错误: 操作系统内的绞龙排量、计量器排量、材料比重等内置参数设置不匹配。

Parameter setting error: The built-in parameter settings for auger displacement, meter displacement, material specific gravity, etc. within the operating system do not match.

处理方法:

重新标定参数: 根据当天实际物料的比重,重新调整绞龙和计量器的标定参数。

Treatment method: Re-calibrate parameters: Based on the specific gravity of the actual materials on that day, readjust the calibration parameters of the auger and metering device.

保持匀速行驶: 驾驶员需严格控制车速,尽量保持匀速直线作业,给液压系统一个稳定的适应过程。

Maintain a constant speed: The driver needs to strictly control the speed and try to maintain a constant straight-line operation, providing a stable adaptation process for the hydraulic system.

坡道动态调整: 在上下坡道施工时,需根据坡度灵活微调撒布参数(如上坡时适当调小参数值,下坡时适当调大),或采用分段多次调整的方式。

Dynamic adjustment of slope: During construction on uphill and downhill slopes, it is necessary to flexibly adjust the spreading parameters according to the slope gradient (for example, appropriately reducing the parameter values when going uphill and appropriately increasing them when going downhill), or adopting a segmented and multiple adjustment approach.

二、 绞龙卡堵或卡死

绞龙卡堵会导致供料中断,严重时甚至会损坏液压马达等核心部件。

II. Blockage or seizure of the auger can lead to interruption of material supply, and in severe cases, may even damage core components such as the hydraulic motor.

故障原因分析:

物料问题: 物料湿度过大、含有较大颗粒杂质,或者物料在车厢内长时间存放导致板结。

Failure cause analysis: Material issues: The material may have excessive moisture, contain large particles of impurities, or have become compacted due to prolonged storage in the compartment.

操作不当: 装料过度导致物料在车厢内挤压过实,或者在低撒布量施工时参数设置不合理。

Improper operation: Overloading of materials causes them to be squeezed too tightly within the carriage, or the parameter settings are unreasonable during construction with low spreading rates.

机械故障: 轴承损坏、车厢内零部件开焊脱落,或除尘通气性差导致罐内气压过大,将物料压实。

Mechanical failure: bearing damage, parts inside the compartment becoming detached due to welding failure, or poor dust removal and ventilation leading to excessive pressure inside the tank, which compacts the material.

处理方法:

交替运转疏通: 将绞龙标定值调小、撒布量调大,适当调高发动机转速,采用手动施工模式,进行正转、反转交替运转来尝试疏通。

Troubleshooting method: Alternate operation for dredging: Reduce the auger calibration value, increase the spreading amount, appropriately increase the engine speed, and use manual operation mode to perform forward and reverse rotations alternately to attempt dredging.

人工辅助清理: 如果多次疏通无效,可打开绞龙疏料口进行测试;若仍无效果,则需在做好通风散尘和个人安全防护的前提下,进入车厢内人工掏料处理。

Manual Assistance for Cleaning: If multiple attempts at dredging prove ineffective, the auger's material discharge opening can be opened for testing. If this still fails to yield results, it is necessary to enter the carriage to manually remove the material, provided that proper ventilation, dust dispersion, and personal safety precautions are taken.

检查液压系统: 疏通结束后,务必检查液压油油量(长时间高压运转可能导致溢油缺失),并检查绞龙与液压马达间的弹性体是否有损伤,如有损坏需及时更换。

Check the hydraulic system: After the dredging is completed, be sure to check the hydraulic oil level (long-term high-pressure operation may lead to oil spillage or loss), and inspect the elastomer between the auger and the hydraulic motor for any damage. If damaged, replace it promptly.

三、 气缸漏气或布料器升降异常

气缸主要负责布料器的起落升降,其工作状态直接影响撒布的高度和均匀性。

III. Air Leakage in the Cylinder or Abnormal Lifting of the Distributor The cylinder is primarily responsible for the lifting and lowering of the distributor, and its working condition directly affects the height and uniformity of the distribution.

故障原因分析:

碰撞变形: 施工路况复杂,布料器发生剐蹭或碰撞导致变形,进而引起气缸缸轴变形,破坏密封性。

Failure cause analysis: Collision deformation: Due to the complex road conditions during construction, the distributor was scratched or collided, resulting in deformation, which in turn caused deformation of the cylinder shaft and compromised the sealing performance.

密封件老化: 车辆长时间使用后,气缸活塞密封结构自然老化。

Seal aging: After prolonged use, the sealing structure of the cylinder piston naturally ages.

气温影响: 气温骤降导致热胀冷缩,加剧了因轻微变形引起的临时性漏气。

处理方法:

反复升降测试: 出现漏气时,可尝试反复升降布料器几次,有时漏气现象会暂时消失。

Troubleshooting method: Repeat lifting and lowering tests: If air leakage occurs, try repeatedly lifting and lowering the fabric device several times. Sometimes, the air leakage may temporarily disappear.

加注透平油: 若漏气仍存在,可从气缸上部气管接头向内部加注3-5滴专用透平油(如型号LG-01),再反复升降几次以润滑密封。

Add turbine oil: If air leakage persists, add 3-5 drops of special turbine oil (such as model LG-01) from the upper air pipe joint of the cylinder, and then repeatedly raise and lower it several times to lubricate the seal.

更换配件: 若上述方法无效,则需更换气缸密封件或气缸总成。在无法立即维修且严重影响行车时,可临时关闭撒布系统气路总阀作为应急,但待布料器升起后需再次关闭总阀并密切观察,此法有一定风险,事后必须及时维修。

Replacement of parts: If the above methods are ineffective, it is necessary to replace the cylinder seal or cylinder assembly. If immediate repair is not possible and the driving is seriously affected, the main valve of the spreading system's air circuit can be temporarily closed as an emergency measure. However, after the distributor is raised, the main valve must be closed again and closely observed. This method carries certain risks, and timely maintenance must be carried out afterwards.

四、 撒布器漏料或撒布不均匀

撒布口漏料或微珠撒布不均,会造成材料浪费并影响路面防滑等工艺效果。

IV. Material leakage or uneven spreading from the spreader Leakage from the spreading port or uneven spreading of microbeads can lead to material waste and affect process effects such as road skid resistance.

故障原因分析:

档位与离合问题: 撒布器档位未锁紧,或者离合连接螺丝松动、接口处有异物卡住,导致离合无法正常工作。

Failure cause analysis: Gear and clutch issues: The spreader gear is not locked tightly, or the clutch connecting screw is loose, or there is a foreign object stuck at the joint, causing the clutch to fail to work properly.

杂质卡滞: 橡胶压条或撒布器插销处卡入了玻璃微珠杂质,或者物料受潮结块,导致撒布口无法完全闭合或开启不畅。

Impurity jamming: Impurities such as glass beads may have become lodged in the rubber strip or the pin of the spreader, or the material may have become damp and agglomerated, preventing the spreading port from fully closing or opening smoothly.

处理方法:

检查并锁紧: 检查撒布器档位是否合适并锁紧;清理离合接口处的异物,并拧紧松动的离合连接螺丝。

Troubleshooting steps: Check and tighten: Ensure the spreader gear is properly engaged and tightened; clear any foreign objects from the clutch joint and tighten any loose clutch connecting screws.

清理受潮物料: 及时清理橡胶压条和插销处的杂质与受潮结块的物料,确保撒布通道顺畅。

Cleaning damp materials: Promptly clean impurities and damp agglomerated materials from the rubber strips and pins to ensure smooth spreading channels.

五、 限位开关故障

限位开关用于控制布料器的升降极限位置,一旦失灵会影响自动化作业。

5. Limit switch failure. The limit switch is used to control the lifting and lowering limit position of the cloth dispenser. If it malfunctions, it will affect automated operations.

故障原因与应急处理:

当限位开关损坏时,为了不影响临时施工,可采取应急措施:将限位开关的接线拆开,把两个线头直接接在一起,并用电工胶带严密包裹固定好(注意防止搭铁)。此时操作电脑上会一直显示下限信号,但可以临时进行施工。待工程结束后,务必及时购买并更换新的限位开关配件。

Failure Causes and Emergency Handling: When the limit switch is damaged, emergency measures can be taken to avoid affecting temporary construction: disconnect the wiring of the limit switch, connect the two wire ends directly, and tightly wrap and secure them with electrical tape (be careful to prevent grounding). At this time, the lower limit signal will be continuously displayed on the operation computer, but construction can be carried out temporarily. After the project is completed, it is essential to promptly purchase and replace the new limit switch components.
