一、 作业前准备与车辆检查

设备自检： 每日出车前，严格按照《车辆日常检查表》对撒布车进行全面检查。重点检查发动机机油、冷却液、液压油位、气压、轮胎气压及整车制动系统，确保车辆无故障隐患。

1. Preparation before operation and self-inspection of vehicle inspection equipment: Before each daily trip, the distributor vehicle must undergo a comprehensive inspection in strict accordance with the "Vehicle Daily Inspection Checklist". The focus should be on checking the engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil level, air pressure, tire pressure, and the entire vehicle's braking system to ensure that the vehicle is free from any potential faults or hazards.

撒布系统调试： 检查撒布系统（如绞龙、计量辊、喷洒泵、喷嘴等）是否运转正常，除尘系统（布袋除尘或雾化喷淋）是否完好有效，确保无堵塞、无漏料、无漏浆现象。

Spreading system commissioning: Check whether the spreading system (such as auger, metering roller, spray pump, nozzle, etc.) operates normally, and whether the dust removal system (bag dust removal or atomizing spray) is intact and effective, ensuring no blockage, no material leakage, and no slurry leakage.

参数预设： 根据当天的施工配合比、路面宽度及撒布材料（水泥粉、石灰粉或水泥净浆等），在车载电脑或控制面板上准确输入撒布量、撒布宽度等施工参数，并完成系统的动态校准。

Parameter Presetting: Based on the day's construction mix ratio, pavement width, and spreading materials (cement powder, lime powder, or cement paste, etc.), accurately input the spreading quantity, spreading width, and other construction parameters on the on-board computer or control panel, and complete the dynamic calibration of the system.

二、 现场施工作业与精准操控

安全作业规范： 起步前必须鸣笛示意，确认车辆周围及喷洒方向10米范围内无人员停留。作业期间严禁接打电话、玩手机或与他人闲谈，保持高度集中的注意力。

II. Safety operation specifications for on-site construction and precise control: Before starting, the vehicle must sound its horn to indicate that no personnel are staying around the vehicle or within a 10-meter range of the spraying direction. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to make or receive phone calls, play mobile phones, or chat with others, and a high degree of concentration is required.

精准撒布操作： 严格按照施工方案要求的速度（通常为低速匀速，如2-3km/h）进行直线行驶和撒布作业。

在作业过程中，需密切监控驾驶室内的撒布量显示屏，根据车速和路面实际情况微调，确保每平方米撒布量精准、均匀，搭接宽度符合规范（通常≥10-20cm）。

Precision spreading operation: Strictly follow the speed required by the construction plan (usually low and uniform speed, such as 2-3km/h) for straight-line driving and spreading operations. During the operation, closely monitor the spreading amount display screen in the cab, and make minor adjustments based on the vehicle speed and actual road conditions to ensure that the spreading amount per square meter is precise and uniform, and the overlap width meets the specifications (usually ≥10-20cm).

突发情况应对： 作业中若发现撒布不均、物料卡堵、设备异响或液压系统异常，必须立即停机检查。遇到无法自行解决的故障，应及时上报现场负责人并配合专业维修人员进行处理，严禁带病作业。

Emergency response: If uneven distribution, material blockage, abnormal equipment noise, or hydraulic system abnormalities are discovered during operation, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection. If the fault cannot be resolved by oneself, it should be reported to the on-site supervisor in a timely manner and handled in cooperation with professional maintenance personnel. Operation with defects is strictly prohibited.

环保与文明施工： 开启作业时必须同步开启除尘降尘装置，控制施工扬尘。车辆未作业时，应停放在平缓且不妨碍交通的安全区域，并按规定设置安全锥和警示标识。

Environmental protection and civilized construction: Dust removal and suppression devices must be activated simultaneously when starting operations to control construction dust. When vehicles are not in operation, they should be parked in a safe area that is flat and does not obstruct traffic, and safety cones and warning signs should be set up as required.

三、 车辆日常维护与保养

清洁与清理： 每日作业结束后，必须及时对车辆进行全面清洗。特别是水泥净浆洒布车的罐体、管路和喷嘴，必须彻底冲洗干净，防止水泥凝固堵塞；粉料撒布车需清理料仓残余粉料，防止受潮板结。

III. Daily Maintenance and Cleaning of Vehicles: After daily operations, vehicles must be thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner. Especially, the tank body, pipelines, and nozzles of the cement paste distributor must be thoroughly flushed to prevent cement from solidifying and blocking; the powder distributor needs to clean the residual powder in the hopper to prevent it from being affected by moisture and hardening.

定期保养： 按照设备保养手册，定期对全车润滑点（如传动轴、绞龙轴承等）加注黄油，检查并紧固各部位螺丝，检查皮带张紧度及电气线路的老化情况。

Regular maintenance: According to the equipment maintenance manual, regularly apply grease to all lubrication points of the vehicle (such as the transmission shaft, auger bearings, etc.), check and tighten screws at various locations, and inspect the tension of the belt and the aging condition of the electrical wiring.

故障报修： 在保养过程中发现零部件磨损、老化或损坏（如喷嘴磨损、密封件老化、限位开关失灵等），需及时登记并上报申请更换，确保车辆始终处于最佳技术状态。

Fault repair: During maintenance, if parts are found to be worn, aged, or damaged (such as nozzle wear, seal aging, limit switch malfunction, etc.), they should be promptly registered and reported for replacement to ensure that the vehicle remains in optimal technical condition.

四、 安全生产与职业素养

遵守交通法规： 在转场行驶过程中，必须严格遵守《道路交通安全法》，文明驾驶，不超速、不超载，确保车辆和自身安全。

IV. Safe production and professional ethics: Observing traffic regulations: During the process of transferring, it is necessary to strictly abide by the "Road Traffic Safety Law", drive civilly, avoid speeding and overloading, and ensure the safety of vehicles and oneself.

个人防护： 进入施工现场必须规范佩戴安全帽、反光背心等劳动防护用品。在清理料仓或检修设备时，必须严格执行断电、挂牌等安全操作规程。

Personal protection: When entering the construction site, it is necessary to wear safety helmets, reflective vests, and other labor protection supplies in a standardized manner. When cleaning material bins or maintaining equipment, it is necessary to strictly follow safety operating procedures such as power outage and tagging.

团队协作： 服从现场施工负责人及安全员的统一指挥与调度，积极配合摊铺机、压路机及其他辅助人员的交叉作业，确保整体施工进度与质量。

五、 岗位任职要求（参考）

持有相应的机动车驾驶证（如B2及以上），具备丰富的重型工程车辆驾驶经验。

Pre-job preparation and personnel requirements Work with certificates and protective gear: Operators must undergo professional training, be familiar with the vehicle structure, performance, and working principles, and obtain the corresponding operation qualification certificates. It is strictly prohibited to work while drunk, fatigued, or ill.

二、 行驶与转场安全

平稳驾驶： 车辆起步前必须鸣笛示意。在满载物料行驶时，必须保持中速平稳驾驶，严禁急刹车、急转弯，防止因重心不稳导致车辆侧翻。

II. Safe and smooth driving during travel and transition: Before starting the vehicle, the horn must be sounded as a warning. When driving with a full load of materials, the vehicle must be driven at a moderate speed and smoothly. Sudden braking and sharp turns are strictly prohibited to prevent the vehicle from overturning due to unstable center of gravity.

行驶禁令： 车辆在公路上行驶时，必须严格遵守交通法规。严禁在行驶过程中使用撒布加热系统或挂取力器。长距离转场时，必须将撒布装置（如喷杆、布料器）收拢并固定牢靠，严禁在平台上站人。

Driving ban: When driving on public roads, vehicles must strictly adhere to traffic regulations. It is strictly prohibited to use the spreading heating system or engage the power take-off during driving. During long-distance transfers, the spreading devices (such as spray bars, distributors) must be retracted and securely fastened, and no one is allowed to stand on the platform.

停车规范： 车辆未作业时，必须停放在平坦、坚实且不妨碍交通的安全区域，严禁停放在陡坡或临边地带。停车后必须拉紧手刹，并在车辆后方按规定设置安全锥和警示标识标牌。

Parking regulations: When vehicles are not in operation, they must be parked in a flat, solid, and safe area that does not obstruct traffic. It is strictly prohibited to park on steep slopes or near edges. After parking, the handbrake must be tightened, and safety cones and warning signs must be set up at the rear of the vehicle as required.

三、 施工作业安全规范

作业区警戒： 作业前，必须在施工区域周围设置明显的安全警示标志。起步作业前再次鸣笛，确认车辆周围、喷洒方向10米以内以及盲区范围内无任何人员停留。

III. Safety Guidelines for Construction Operations: Warning in the Operation Area: Before commencing work, conspicuous safety warning signs must be set up around the construction area. Before starting the operation, sound the horn again to confirm that there are no personnel staying around the vehicle, within 10 meters of the spraying direction, or in the blind zone.

精准匀速操作： 严格按照施工方案要求的速度匀速行驶和撒布，严禁猛踩油门或忽快忽慢。在作业过程中，操作手必须保持高度集中，严禁接打电话、玩手机或擅离岗位。

Precise and uniform speed operation: Strictly adhere to the speed specified in the construction plan for uniform driving and spreading. It is strictly prohibited to step on the accelerator hard or change speeds suddenly. During the operation, the operator must maintain a high level of concentration and is strictly forbidden to make or receive phone calls, play with a mobile phone, or leave their post without permission.

严禁违规载人： 撒布车在行驶和作业过程中，除驾驶室核定人员外，严禁在车辆的其他部位（如料仓顶部、中间平台、后操作台等）载人。

Strictly prohibit unauthorized passenger transportation: During the operation and travel of the spreader, except for the personnel authorized in the cab, it is strictly prohibited to transport passengers in other parts of the vehicle (such as the top of the material bin, the middle platform, the rear operation platform, etc.).

突发情况处理： 作业中若发生撒布不均、物料卡堵、设备异响等异常，必须立即停机检查。处理故障时，必须切断动力源，严禁在设备运转时进行维修、清理或伸手掏料。

Emergency handling: If abnormalities such as uneven distribution, material blockage, or abnormal equipment noise occur during operation, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection. When handling faults, the power source must be cut off, and it is strictly prohibited to carry out maintenance, cleaning, or reach into the equipment to retrieve materials while it is running.

四、 维护保养与收车管理

规范清洗： 每日作业结束后，必须及时对撒布系统进行彻底清洗（如冲洗水泥浆管路、清理粉料仓），防止物料凝固或受潮板结。清洗沥青洒布车时，严禁使用明火靠近。

IV. Maintenance and Vehicle Parking Management Guidelines Cleaning: After daily operations, the spreading system must be thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner (such as flushing the cement slurry pipeline and cleaning the powder material silo) to prevent material solidification or compaction due to moisture. When cleaning the asphalt distributor, it is strictly prohibited to use open flames in close proximity.

检修断电： 进行车辆检修或保养时，必须将车辆熄火并切断总电源，在显眼处悬挂“正在维修、严禁合闸”的安全警示牌，并安排专人监护。严禁在车辆未熄火、未支垫三角木的情况下进行机下维修。

Maintenance Power Off: When conducting vehicle maintenance or repair, the vehicle must be turned off and the main power supply must be cut off. A safety warning sign reading "Under Repair, Do Not Switch On" must be hung in a prominent place, and a specially-assigned person must be arranged for supervision. It is strictly prohibited to conduct under-vehicle maintenance without turning off the vehicle or placing the chock.

五、 应急处置

遇到火灾、机械失控等紧急情况时，操作手应立即按下紧急停机按钮，迅速切断电源和油路，组织现场人员撤离至安全地带，并及时上报相关负责人，按照应急预案进行妥善处置。

Emergency Response In case of emergencies such as fires or mechanical failures, operators should immediately press the emergency stop button, quickly cut off the power and oil supply, organize on-site personnel to evacuate to a safe area, and promptly report to relevant responsible persons for proper handling in accordance with the emergency plan.
