冷再生机施工时含水量控制不好的后果

在冷再生机施工过程中,含水量是决定混合料拌合均匀性、压实度以及最终强度的核心控制因素。如果含水量控制不好(无论是偏大还是偏小),都会对再生路面的质量造成严重的破坏性后果,具体表现在以下几个方面:

1. 含水量偏小(过干)的后果

结构松散与强度不足:如果混合料含水量过少,水泥等结合料将无法充分发生水化反应,导致结构层强度不足。同时,混合料难以碾压成型,最终会造成路面基层板体松散。

Loose structure and insufficient strength: If the moisture content of the mixture is too low, cement and other binders will not be able to undergo sufficient hydration reactions, resulting in insufficient strength of the structural layer. At the same time, the mixture is difficult to roll into shape, which ultimately leads to loose pavement base plates.

翻浆与松散现象:在水泥就地冷再生施工中,如果含水量偏小,会直接导致基层出现松散现象。

引发翻浆与延长凝结时间:如果含水量过大,混合料在碾压时极易发生“翻浆”现象;同时,过量的水分会延长混合料的凝结时间,并可能影响其最终强度的形成。

产生裂隙与松散病害:当再生路面在含水量超标(例如高于1.8%)的情况下过早开放交通,极易导致路面出现裂隙和局部松散等严重质量问题。

Causing cracks and loose diseases: When the recycled pavement is opened to traffic too early when the moisture content exceeds the standard (such as above 1.8%), it is highly likely to cause serious quality problems such as cracks and local looseness on the pavement.

强度形成受阻与寿命缩短:养生不充分导致冷再生层含水率过高,会增大再生层开裂的可能性,减慢强度形成速度。若过早覆盖热拌沥青层,会导致内部水分无法排出,严重影响再生层的强度和使用寿命。

Hindered strength formation and shortened lifespan: Insufficient health preservation leads to high moisture content in the cold regeneration layer, which increases the possibility of cracking in the regeneration layer and slows down the speed of strength formation. If the hot mix asphalt layer is covered too early, it will result in the inability to drain internal moisture, seriously affecting the strength and service life of the recycled layer.

3. 含水量分布不均的后果

局部压实度不够:如果在拌合过程中加水控制不精准,导致局部区域含水量异常或混合料性能不佳,会造成该区域压实度不够,进而引发基层松散。

Insufficient local compaction: If the water control is not precise during the mixing process, resulting in abnormal moisture content or poor mixture performance in the local area, it will cause insufficient compaction in that area, leading to loose base layer.
