Chain breakage or tooth skipping: Long term high load operation can easily cause chain wear or insufficient tension. Regularly check the wear of the chain, replace the oversized chain in a timely manner, and adjust the tensioning device to the specified torque.

轴承过热或异响：轴承间隙过大、润滑不良或安装不当会引发异常振动。应使用激光对中仪校准轴承跳动量，补充耐高温润滑脂，并紧固固定螺栓至标准值。

Overheating or abnormal noise of bearings: Excessive bearing clearance, poor lubrication, or improper installation can cause abnormal vibration. Laser alignment instrument should be used to calibrate the bearing runout, add high-temperature resistant lubricating grease, and tighten the fixing bolts to the standard value.

Use standard weights to calibrate the accuracy of the sensor and clean the dust accumulation on the cutterhead. If the winch bearing is stuck, it needs to be disassembled, cleaned, and the sealing ring replaced.

撒布口堵塞：灰土结块或异物侵入会阻塞撒布通道。操作后需用高压水qiang冲洗撒布口，并喷涂防锈剂保护金属部件。

Blockage of spreading port: Ash clumps or foreign objects entering will block the spreading channel. After operation, it is necessary to rinse the spreading port with high-pressure water and spray rust inhibitor to protect the metal parts.

Excessive oil temperature: Blockage of the radiator, oil contamination, or failure of the overflow valve can cause the system to overheat. It is necessary to clean the radiator and replace the hydraulic oil, while checking the cleanliness of the oil.

压力不足：液压泵磨损、油管泄漏或溢流阀设定值偏低会导致动力下降。应检修液压泵并更换磨损部件，紧固油管接头至规定扭矩，并重新校准溢流阀压力。

Insufficient pressure: Hydraulic pump wear, oil pipe leakage, or low relief valve setting can cause a decrease in power. The hydraulic pump should be inspected and worn parts replaced, the oil pipe joints should be tightened to the specified torque, and the pressure of the relief valve should be recalibrated.

电气系统故障

控制失灵：线路短路、传感器损坏或执行机构卡滞会引发误动作。需用万用表检测电路通断，更换失效传感器，并清理电磁阀内杂质。

Control failure: Short circuits in the circuit, damaged sensors, or stuck actuators can cause misoperation. Use a multimeter to check the continuity of the circuit, replace the faulty sensor, and clean the impurities inside the solenoid valve.

仪表显示异常：接触不良或信号干扰会导致数据错误。应重新焊接虚接线路，并加装屏蔽层控制电磁干扰。

Abnormal instrument display: Poor contact or signal interference can cause data errors. The virtual connection line should be re welded and a shielding layer should be installed to control electromagnetic interference.
