夏季高温天气下,沥青洒布车喷嘴堵塞往往不是因为沥青“凉了”,而是因为“过热老化”、“水分蒸发”或“杂质堆积”。沥青在高温下粘度变化极快,一旦操作不当,喷嘴处极易结焦或卡死。

要想在夏季施工中保持喷嘴畅通,可以重点从以下五个方面入手:

严格控制沥青温度(防过热)
Strictly control the temperature of asphalt (prevent overheating)
夏季环境温度高,沥青降温慢。很多操作手习惯按冬季温度设定加热值,这会导致沥青在罐内长期处于超高温状态。

In summer, the ambient temperature is high, and the cooling of asphalt is slow. Many operators are accustomed to setting the heating value according to the winter temperature, which can cause the asphalt to remain in an ultra-high temperature state in the tank for a long time.
适当降低加热温度: 在保证喷洒雾化效果的前提下,夏季沥青的加热温度应比春秋季适当降低(通常控制在150℃-170℃之间,具体视沥青标号而定)。过高的温度会使沥青迅速老化、变稠,甚至在喷嘴口结焦碳化,直接堵死喷孔。
Appropriately reduce the heating temperature: On the premise of ensuring the spraying atomization effect, the heating temperature of asphalt in summer should be appropriately reduced compared to spring and autumn (usually controlled between 150 ℃ -170 ℃, depending on the asphalt grade). Excessive temperature can cause rapid aging and thickening of asphalt, and even coking and carbonization at the nozzle opening, directly blocking the spray hole.
避免长时间怠速加热: 施工间隙如果较长,应适当降低导热油温度或暂停加热,防止罐内沥青“熬糊了”。
Avoid prolonged idle heating: If the construction gap is long, the temperature of the heat transfer oil should be appropriately reduced or the heating should be paused to prevent the asphalt in the tank from "burning".
严防管路积水(防“炸喷”与堵塞)
Strictly prevent water accumulation in pipelines (to prevent "explosion" and blockage)
夏季雨水多,空气湿度大,如果管路或罐底有积水,高温沥青遇到水会瞬间汽化膨胀。
In summer, there is a lot of rainfall and high air humidity. If there is water accumulation in pipelines or tank bottoms, high-temperature asphalt will vaporize and expand instantly when it encounters water.
彻底排空积水: 每次作业前,必须检查并彻底排空沥青泵、管路和喷嘴内的清洗水或冷凝水。
Thoroughly drain accumulated water: Before each operation, it is necessary to check and thoroughly drain the cleaning water or condensate in the asphalt pump, pipeline, and nozzle.
危害: 积水不仅会导致沥青喷洒时“炸喷”(喷出带水的沥青花,影响质量),水汽蒸发后留下的杂质也极易卡在精密的喷嘴滤网处。
Harm: Accumulated water not only causes the asphalt to "explode" during spraying (spraying water carrying asphalt flowers, affecting quality), but also the impurities left behind by the evaporation of water vapor are easily trapped at the precise nozzle filter.
保持沥青循环流动(防沉淀)
Maintain asphalt circulation flow (prevent sedimentation)
沥青中的微小杂质或老化颗粒容易在静止状态下沉淀。
Small impurities or aged particles in asphalt are prone to precipitate in a static state.
勤开循环阀: 在等待摊铺机、堵车或暂停喷洒时,千万不要让沥青泵停止运转。应立即打开回流(循环)阀门,让沥青在罐体、泵和管路之间持续循环流动。这不仅能防止杂质沉淀堵塞喷嘴,还能保持全车管路温度均匀。
Regularly open the circulation valve: Do not let the asphalt pump stop running while waiting for the paver, encountering traffic jams, or pausing spraying. The reflux (circulation) valve should be immediately opened to allow the asphalt to continuously circulate between the tank, pump, and pipeline. This not only prevents impurities from settling and blocking the nozzle, but also maintains uniform temperature throughout the entire vehicle pipeline.
杜绝“死油”: 严禁让沥青在喷嘴和管道末端长时间静止受热。
Eliminate "dead oil": It is strictly prohibited to let asphalt remain stationary and heated for a long time at the nozzle and pipeline end.
做好过滤与清洁(防杂质)
Filter and clean properly (to prevent impurities)
夏季高温会加速沥青中轻质油分的挥发,使原本微小的杂质变得更具粘性。
The high temperature in summer accelerates the volatilization of light oil components in asphalt, making originally small impurities more viscous.
检查滤网: 每次装油前,检查进油口滤网是否破损;作业前,检查沥青泵入口和喷嘴前的过滤阀。发现杂质必须及时清理。
Check the filter screen: Before each oil filling, check whether the inlet filter screen is damaged; Before homework, check the filter valves at the inlet and nozzle of the asphalt pump. Any impurities found must be promptly cleaned up.
物理疏通工具: 随车必须配备专用的通针(细铁丝)和铜刷。一旦发现某个喷嘴雾化不良,立即停车,用通针疏通喷孔,并用柴油清洗喷嘴外部的结焦物。
Physical dredging tools: The vehicle must be equipped with specialized needles (thin wire) and copper brushes. Once a nozzle is found to have poor atomization, immediately stop the vehicle, use a needle to clear the nozzle hole, and clean the coking material on the outside of the nozzle with diesel.
规范停车与清洗(防固化)
Standardized parking and cleaning (anti solidification)
这是夏季施工最关键的一步。夏季沥青冷却后的硬度极高,一旦在喷嘴内固化,极难清理。
This is the most crucial step in summer construction. The hardness of asphalt after cooling in summer is extremely high, and once it solidifies inside the nozzle, it is extremely difficult to clean.
严禁带料过夜: 当天施工结束后,必须将罐内沥青尽量喷洒完毕或打入储油罐,严禁沥青在车内长时间存放。
It is strictly prohibited to carry materials overnight: After the construction is completed on the same day, the asphalt in the tank must be sprayed as much as possible or poured into the storage tank. It is strictly prohibited to store asphalt in the vehicle for a long time.
柴油清洗: 完工后,必须立即用柴油对沥青泵、管路和所有喷嘴进行循环清洗,直到喷出的全是清澈的柴油为止。
Diesel cleaning: After completion, the asphalt pump, pipelines, and all nozzles must be immediately cleaned with diesel until all the sprayed diesel is clear.
拆卸浸泡: 如果当天施工发现个别喷嘴有轻微堵塞且无法用通针疏通,收车后应将其拆卸下来,放入柴油或专用清洗剂中浸泡,切勿用蛮力硬捅导致喷孔变形。
Dismantling and soaking: If some nozzles are found to be slightly blocked during construction on the same day and cannot be unblocked with a needle, they should be dismantled and soaked in diesel or specialized cleaning agents after the vehicle is put away. Do not use brute force to poke and deform the spray hole.
