The local higher part must be scraped off and swept away, because there is no cohesive force between these materials and the lower layer, which is easy to cause peeling when rolling. The final leveling shall be carried out carefully. For local low-lying places, no repair is required, but it can be left for the asphalt surface course.
After leveling, the vibratory roller shall be used for rolling for 1-2 times. If the mixture surface is dry before rolling, the watering cart shall be used for watering if necessary to prevent it from failing to roll. During initial compaction, high amplitude/low frequency vibration mode is used to compact the lower part of the layer, and then low amplitude/high frequency vibration mode is used to compact the upper part of the regeneration layer. In principle, the rolling shall be light first and then heavy, rolling from the roadside to the middle of the road in turn. The rolling speed shall be controlled at a low speed. Pay attention to the width of staggered wheels and no missing rolling. In addition, when using the vibratory roller, the following points should be paid attention to: if there are oil and gas pipelines crossing the road within 1m on both sides of the road pipe, the vibratory mode cannot be used for compaction. Compaction using high amplitude/low frequency vibration modes tends to disturb the material at the top of the layer, especially the surface. However, leveling with a grader before compaction in low amplitude/high frequency vibration mode can be corrected. If the rolling continues after reaching the high density of the material, the material will be damaged and the density of the material will be reduced. Overpressure shall be prevented according to the thickness and external manifestation of the mixture.
Final compaction is carried out by 18-21T smooth wheel roller. The road roller shall be driven at a low speed of gear 1, and the two road rollers shall be subject to the construction center line that can be interchanged with one half of the wheels, and it shall be regarded as one pass when the rear wheels have finished rolling the full width of the road. Rolling for 2-3 times, from both sides to the middle of the road in principle, to keep the crown of the road. The vibratory roller shall move quickly once to remove obvious wheel marks, and the rolling is completed. It is forbidden for the roller to turn around or brake suddenly on the completed or rolling road section, and the surface of the regeneration layer shall not be damaged. During the rolling process, the surface of the regeneration layer shall always be kept wet. If the water evaporates too fast, a small amount of water shall be sprinkled in time, but it is strictly prohibited to sprinkle a large amount of water for rolling. In case of "spring", looseness, peeling and other phenomena during rolling, timely turn over and remix (add proper amount of cement) or use other methods to make it meet the quality requirements.
Due to the cement, during the construction period, it should not exceed 4 hours from the time of adding water and mixing to the time of rolling forming and watering for curing.
