水泥撒布车有哪几种取力方式?

水泥撒布车是一种路面专用施工机械,主要运用在沥青路面建设与养护中的透层工艺、粘层工艺、防水层工艺中。是一种喷洒沥青介质的专用车辆,如今已被广泛的运用到公路养护中。

该设备型号分类很多种,不同配置都起到了不同的作用,沥青罐体的容积一般有3-15吨不同大小吨位的容积量,型号有普通型,标准型,智能型三种不同功能车型。普通型称为乳化沥青专用车辆,只能喷洒乳化沥青,属于燃烧器直烧加热,没有导热油系统。标准型带有导热油加温系统,可喷洒乳化沥青、热沥青、改性沥青等。智能型可以准确调节控制沥青的喷洒量。这是该车整体功能的区分,那么沥青的流动是需要动力的提供,只有经常使用该车干活的人才能体会到不同提供动力的方式会有不同的效果。

那么一般的(智能水泥撒布车)有三种取力方式,一种是侧取力,就是通过取力器取底盘上变速箱的力。这是比较常见一种取力方式,一种是全功率取力器,全功率取力器虽然也是取底盘发动机的力,但是是直接跳过变速箱直接取主底盘发动机的力,通过变速箱一般能取到主底盘发动机百分之40左右的动力,而用全功率取力能取到主底盘发动机百分之70的动力。所以比起侧取力,全功率式动力更加强劲。还有一种就是副发动机。就是在底盘侧方在安装一个小发动机,双发动机工作模式,上装的工作动力直接脱离底盘独自运作,这样的好处就是在不启动底盘的情况下可以喷洒沥青,这就是完全可以实现车辆0起步喷洒,而且车辆在行驶过程中,换挡上坡都不会影响沥青的喷洒量。等于说车辆行驶动力来源于底盘发动机,而车辆上装工作动力就来源于另外一个副发动机。

It means that the driving power of the vehicle comes from the chassis engine, while the working power of the vehicle comes from another auxiliary engine.
