1.清理全部沥青喷嘴检查是否有损坏的喷嘴及时更换;

2.把沥青喷嘴全部调整到统一位置;

3.降低车速控制均码洒布;

由于喷洒扇面角会受到车速、沥青种类、温度、粘度等因素影响,所以离地高度尽量根据施工经验确定,并以此作为依据进行调整:喷洒管离地高度太大,会减小沥青喷洒冲击力,弱化“冲击一飞溅~匀化”作用;喷洒管离地高度过低,会减小沥青喷洒扇面重叠数,应根据实际情况调节喷洒管高度以提高沥青喷洒效果。

沥青黏度大,则沥青流动阻力大,喷射成形小,重叠数减小。为了克服这些不足,一般做法是加大喷嘴通径,但这样做势必减小了射流速度,弱化了“冲击一飞溅~匀化”作用,使横向洒布不均匀。为了提高沥青施工工艺性能,应改善沥青特性。
