三、水泥用量的精准控制

控制水泥用量通常遵循以下步骤：先根据处理长度和宽度计算理论用量。车速控制是关键——15kg/平方以下的撒布量可适当提高车速，20kg/平方以上的撒布量不易控制过高，一般控制在30至40米/分钟左右。5kg/平方以下的撒布量施工前要仔细检查均整器内是否有板结的物料并及时清理；3kg/平方以下的撒布量需要加装计量板并调节内置参数。

Vehicle speed control is key - the spreading amount below 15kg/square can be appropriately increased, and the spreading amount above 20kg/square is not easy to control too high, generally controlled at around 30 to 40 meters per minute. Before construction, carefully check whether there are any compacted materials in the leveling device with a spreading volume of less than 5kg/square meter and clean them up in a timely manner; The spreading amount below 3kg/square needs to be equipped with a measuring plate and the built-in parameters adjusted.

自动状态下，撒布绞龙及计量器的转速随车速变化，需根据车速合理调节撒布量；手动状态下，转速不随车速变化，车速对撒布量影响较大，需稳定车速来控制。计量器的转速应始终保持不低于10rpm。洒布车洒不到的边角需采取人工洒布，防止漏洒。
