一、冷再生机的规范操作要领

冷再生机的操作涉及多个系统的协同配合，操作人员必须严格按照规程执行。在使用后控制台时，需将开关拨到后控制位置，此时前控制台无作用，各个小喷头开关可以通过后控制台独立打开或关闭。乳化沥青设备在灌装时不能过满，加油口盖要关紧，防止运输过程中沥青溢出。喷洒前必须检查各阀门位置是否正确，加入设备内的热态沥青需达到160~180℃的工作温度；长距离运输或工作时间过长时，可使用加温装置保温，但不能当作熔油炉使用。

The operation of the cold regeneration machine involves the collaborative cooperation of multiple systems, and operators must strictly follow the regulations. When using the rear console, the switch needs to be turned to the rear control position. At this time, the front console has no effect, and each small nozzle switch can be independently turned on or off through the rear console. Emulsified asphalt equipment should not be overfilled during filling, and the fuel cap should be tightly closed to prevent asphalt spillage during transportation. Before spraying, it is necessary to check whether the positions of each valve are correct, and the hot asphalt added to the equipment must reach a working temperature of 160-180 ℃; When transporting over long distances or working for too long, a heating device can be used for insulation, but it cannot be used as a melting furnace.

二、施工前的关键准备工作

使用冷再生机施工前，需做好充分的准备工作。首先要调好水泥浆的稠度并拌合均匀，水泥浆中的杂质和硬块应用滤网滤出，以免堵塞喷嘴。喷嘴的喷浆量需事先调试好，以保证水泥剂量的准确。设备配置方面，以WR2500S型冷再生机为例（工作宽度2438mm/3048mm、工作深度500mm、发动机功率500kW/680HP），还需配套罐车供水或液体稳定剂——泡沫沥青就地冷再生施工通常需要两台罐车，一台水罐车供水，一台沥青罐车提供沥青材料。

Impurities and hard lumps in the cement slurry should be filtered out with a filter screen to avoid clogging the nozzle. 三、施工过程中的控制要点

正式施工时，速度控制至关重要——开始阶段不宜过快，要经常检查拌合的均匀情况和深度，发现与设计有差异时及时调整。水罐车停车时要离开已施工或待施工的水泥摊铺路面，防止漏水造成局部含水量过大。施工车辆停放时要错开第二天的预工作面，避免耽误后续人工水泥摊铺。

During formal construction, speed control is crucial - the initial stage should not be too fast, and the uniformity and depth of the mixing should be checked regularly. If any differences are found from the design, they should be adjusted in a timely manner. When the water tanker is parked, it should leave the cement pavement that has been constructed or is to be constructed to prevent water leakage and excessive local moisture content. When parking construction vehicles, they should be staggered from the pre work surface the next day to avoid delaying the subsequent manual cement paving.

需要特别注意的是避免“过压”错误——若达到材料密实度后仍然继续碾压，反而会破坏材料、降低密实度。施工作业建议在每天下午15:00至16:00之间结束，以便后续工序能在天黑前完成。施工过程中要经常检查拌合机刀头的磨损情况和水泥浆车的喷嘴，刀头磨损严重要及时更换，喷嘴堵塞要及时疏通。每次作业结束，应及时放出剩余水泥浆。

Special attention should be paid to avoiding the error of "over pressure" - if the material continues to be compacted after reaching its density, it will actually damage the material and reduce its density. It is recommended to finish construction work between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm every day, so that subsequent processes can be completed before dark. During the construction process, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of the mixer blade and the nozzle of the cement slurry truck. If the blade is severely worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner, and if the nozzle is blocked, it should be cleared in a timely manner. After each homework is completed, the remaining cement slurry should be released in a timely manner.
