　　一、冷再生机主要结构及工作原理

　　一般冷再生机由发动机、车架、铣削转子、铣削深度调节装置、液压元件、集料输送装置、转向系及制动系等组成。

　　1、作业前的技术准备

　　1. Technical preparation before homework

　　（１）了解施工现场的路面及交通情况，技术要求等。

　　(1) Understand the road surface and traffic conditions, technical requirements, etc. at the construction site.

　　（２）检查转向系和制动系是否灵活、可靠。

　　(2) Check if the steering and braking systems are flexible and reliable.

　　（３）检查液压系统有无渗漏，液压油是否充足。

　　(3) Check for leaks in the hydraulic system and ensure sufficient hydraulic oil.

　　（４）检查铣刨鼓刀头是否齐全、完好、安装牢固，铣刨鼓安全罩应装置良好、完整有效。

　　(4) Check if the milling drum cutter head is complete, intact, and securely installed, and if the milling drum safety cover is properly installed, complete, and effective.

　　（５）做好准备工作，起动发起机。随后让发动机怠速暖车运转，此时应检查各仪表的显示值及发动机运转情况。待发动机冷却水温度达到６０℃时冷再生机便可起步，驶入作业现场。

　　2、作业中的技术要求

　　（１）铣刨作业时应先分离离合器，在冷再生机挂档后再结合离合器。

　　（２）在一档行车速度或停车时，缓慢下降铣刨鼓至铣刨深度。

　　(2) Slowly lower the milling drum to the milling depth when driving at a certain speed or parking.

　　（３）一次性铣刨沥青混凝土路面的最大切削深度，不得超过该机的规定数值。

　　(3) The maximum cutting depth for one-time milling of asphalt concrete pavement shall not exceed the specified value of the machine.

　　（４）铣刨硬路面时严禁使用高速作业，以免损坏刀头。

　　3、作业后的技术工作

　　（１）作业后冷再生机应停放在平坦、安全的地方。停放时提起铣刨鼓，脱开铣刨档，发动机怠速运转５MIN后熄火，并对冷再生机实施驻车制动。

　　(1) The cold regeneration machine after homework should be parked in a flat and safe place. When parking, lift the milling drum, disengage the milling gear, idle the engine for 5 minutes, then turn off the engine, and apply the parking brake to the cold regeneration engine.

　　（２）打开铣刨鼓安全罩，进行彻底清理。检查铣刀，如有损坏应予以更换。

　　(2) Open the safety cover of the milling drum and thoroughly clean it. Check the milling cutter and replace it if it is damaged.

　　（３）按照保修规程或使用说明书的技术要求对发动机及冷再生机进行日常例行保养作业例，介绍其操作规程。
