一、水稳冷再生技术的概念

水稳冷再生技术全称为水泥稳定就地冷再生技术,顾名思义就是在冷环境下对破损的水泥稳定碎石基层进行再生。再生的方法是将原来破损的水泥稳定碎石基层进行清洗破碎,按照不同的碎石规格进行分类,根据大小不同的比例要求混入新的水泥和骨料,进行拌和后就成为了混合再生材料,用这种混合再生材料进行路面的修补就可以称之为水泥稳定就地冷再生技术。

(一)施工前的准备工作

水泥稳定就地冷再生技术进行施工前,需要许多的准备工作才能进行正式施工。准备工作完成的好坏,决定了之后施工结果的质量好坏,在这些准备工作中,我们主要分为五个方面:首先,我们要对需要进行维修的破损路面进行取样分析,取样时要注意均匀取样,尽量保证取样点所分析出的数据符合道路的整体情况。在进行破旧路面的分析中应当测量出破损路面的水泥碎石各自含量,以及道路建设成功时所需要的抗压强度和含水量。其次,根据已经得出的破损路面的原材料比例选择添加到再生材料中的新材料比例。新材料使用的水泥种类和碎石大小以及改变其性能的添加剂,都要按照前一部的准备工作进行配置,拌和时使用的水可以采取饮用水。然后,我们准备水泥稳定就地冷再生技术施工所使用的机械,包括加工原材料的冷再生机、进行碾压的胶轮压路机、辅助养生的洒水车和其他推土机平地机,等等机械设备。要对这些机械设备进行检查运行状况,对有问题的设备要进行修理,避免出现已经开始施工,由于机械故障所导致的拖延施工时间的事件发生。

在实际现场施工时,我们会发现破旧路面的水泥稳定碎石基层强度仍然很高,对于冷拌再生机来说进行一遍的破碎工作所得到的颗粒是不达标准的,因此我们按照两次进行施工。两次拌和过程中都要不断的检查再生材料的含水量以及原废料的破碎程度,一定要保证做出的再生材料符合公路路面铺设的数据标准。制作完成再生材料之后要进行其性能的测试,保证测试结果符合要求之后再进行下一步施工。

进行水泥稳定就地冷再生技术公路维修施工过程中,我们不需要租赁使用材料搬运运输车。因为在生材料是就地取得的,可以直接用来摊铺,不需要走运输这一过程,也避免了运输过程中可能出现的离析现象,同时节省了大量资金和人力。在摊铺时要注意缓慢进行,保持在每分钟两到三米的速度,不能急功近利。进行碾压是我们习惯使用振动压路机,碾压时要注意如果时间过长就会产生分层现象,所以要控制碾压时间,过短达不到碾压效果,过长会产生分层影响再生材料修补路面基层的施工质量。

(四)路面养生和监督检查

路面养生就是指水泥凝结期间不能有重物压过,在养生期间(一般为一周以上时间)保持路面一定湿度,可以是用塑料薄膜也可以使用淋湿的桔杆麻布等等工具保持路面潮湿。同时要注意严禁车辆在养生期间破坏路面,只允许洒水车定期喷洒水分保持路面潮湿。
