振动压路机的振动系统怎么排除故障?

冷再生机在压实作业中,常常因驱动系统故障而无法作业,严重影响工作进程,我们就这个问题为大家简单分析一下诊断方法吧。

在排除电气故障后,检查振动马达与振动轴的弹性联轴器和振动轴内润滑油的情况。润滑油过多会使振频上不去,一般是因马达组合油封损坏向轴内漏油所致。如果冷再生租赁机振动轴花键套磨损严重,也会导致失振故障,此时应对补油压力、系统工作压力进行检测,从而做出诊断。

After eliminating electrical faults, check the elastic coupling between the vibration motor and the vibration shaft, as well as the lubricating oil inside the vibration shaft. Excessive lubricating oil can prevent the vibration frequency from rising, usually due to damage to the motor combination oil seal and oil leakage into the shaft. If the vibration shaft spline sleeve of the cold regeneration leasing machine is severely worn, it can also lead to vibration failure. At this time, the oil replenishment pressure and system working pressure should be tested to make a diagnosis.

检查油泵泄漏量、机械摩擦力大小、传输管道的泄漏和堵塞,调节阀的调定压力和流量正确与否,查明后,应对症排除。

Check the leakage rate of the oil pump, the magnitude of mechanical friction force, the leakage and blockage of the transmission pipeline, and whether the set pressure and flow rate of the regulating valve are correct. After investigation, eliminate the symptoms.

另外,再检查振动压路机液压马达的容积效率,机械摩擦阻力和背压力。

如果液压马达因磨损或密封件密封不良而泄漏量增加,或机械摩擦阻力过大,则多是液压马达转速低、转矩小的原因所在,应进而查明并对症排除。

If the leakage of the hydraulic motor increases due to wear or poor sealing of the sealing components, or if the mechanical friction resistance is too high, it is mostly due to the low speed and low torque of the hydraulic motor. It should be further investigated and eliminated accordingly.

由于冷再生租赁机机器的前后振动系统既独立又相互联系(共用补油泵),所以可应用“元件置换法”进行诊断。比如,有一轮振频低时,可将前、后两马达的管路互换,若故障已转移,则表明故障是在泵上,否则是马达有故障。同样,对用于变频操作的排量控制阀也可采用同样的“互换法”作诊断。

Similarly, the same "exchange method" can be used for diagnosis of displacement control valves used for frequency conversion operations.

振动压路机主油路的启振初始压力可达32MPa,其连续工作压力大振辐时可达20MPa,小振幅时约为12MPa。当发动机在额定转速下其连续工作压力大大高于标准值时,则应检查振动轴的转动灵活性,即用专用工具旋转振动轴,使偏心块处在高位后再释放,此时振动轴应能摆动几次,若感觉阻力大,则应更换振动轴轴承。

The initial starting pressure of the main oil circuit of the vibrating roller can reach 32MPa, and its continuous working pressure can reach 20MPa under high vibration amplitude and about 12MPa under small amplitude. When the continuous working pressure of the engine at rated speed is significantly higher than the standard value, the rotational flexibility of the vibration shaft should be checked. That is, use a special tool to rotate the vibration shaft, so that the eccentric block is in a high position before releasing it. At this time, the vibration shaft should be able to swing several times. If there is significant resistance, the vibration shaft bearing should be replaced.
