旧沥青路面材料的再生利用,就是将沥青路面经过再生专用设备的翻挖、铣刨、回收、加热、破碎、筛分后,与在再生剂、新沥青、新集料等按一定比例重新拌和,满足一定的路用性能并重新铺筑于路面的一整套工艺。

什么是就地冷再生与就地热再生呢?

就地冷再生(CIR)是指采用专用的就地冷再生设备,对沥青路面进行现场冷铣刨、破碎和筛分(必要时),渗入一定数量的新集料、再生结合料、活性填料(水泥、石灰等)、水,经过常温拌和、摊铺、碾压等工序,一次性实现旧沥青路面再生的技术,它包括沥青层就地冷再生和全深式就地冷再生两种方式。仅对沥青材料层进行的就地冷再生称为沥青层就地冷再生。沥青层就地冷再生是一种循环利用的再生技术,再生后的材料仍将用于沥青层,主要用于道路的联结层、下面层或柔性基层,也常用于乡村道路的翻修。再生层既包括沥青面层又包括非沥青材料层。称为全深式就地冷再生。全深式就地冷再生可以沥青路面面层、基层的所有病害,但其施工工序复杂、施工成本高。

The recycled layer includes both asphalt surface layer and non asphalt material layer. It is called full depth in-situ cold regeneration. Full depth in-situ cold recycling can solve all the diseases of asphalt pavement surface and base, but its construction process is complex and the construction cost is high.
就地热再生(HIR)是通过现场加热、翻松、拌和、摊铺、碾压等工序,一次性实现旧沥青路面材料的100%就地再生利用的路面再生技术,施工过程中具有无须铣刨、收集和运输旧路面沥青混合料等优点。此外,就地热再生施工速度快,效率高,通常采用单车道施工,对道路运营影响程度低。但需要非标准化施工设备,对设备的功能和性能要求较高。
