冷再生机重铺再生法的技术介绍

重铺再生法适合4~6cm面层的再生,是用2台加热机分次对旧沥青路面进行加热。次加热的表面温度可达160~180℃,第二次加热的表面温度将达到180~250℃。通过2次加热,将旧路面沥青材料软化,再由再生机主机翻松,将翻松材料收集到再生主机的搅拌锅中,加入适量的沥青再生剂搅拌,将拌和均匀的再生混合料摊铺到路面上作为路面下面层,其上再铺设一层新的沥青混合料作为磨耗层,形成全新材料的路面,用压路机碾压成型。再生机工作速度一般为1~3m/min。这种方法适用于破损较严重路面(如出现大面积坑槽)的维修翻新和旧路升级改造施工,修复后形成与新建道路性能完全相同的全新路面。但这种方法会增加原路面的标高,因此路面重复再生的次数将受到一定的限制。

The re paving regeneration method is suitable for the regeneration of 4-6 cm surface layers, which involves using two heating machines to heat the old asphalt pavement in stages. After repair, a completely new road surface with the same performance as the new road is formed. But this method will increase the elevation of the original road surface, so the number of times the road surface can be regenerated will be limited to a certain extent.

这两种工艺方法的基本工艺流程如下:

(1)加热软化路面

(1) Heating to soften the road surface

利用2台加热机内的红外线加热器或热空气等加热路面,使之软化,根据气温、风速、风向、路表的湿度以及混合料的含水量,调整机器的工作状态,保证路面的加热温度。一般情况下,通过2台加热机的加热,在面层下15cm深处的温度可达150~200℃,加热深度可达4~6cm。尽管加热温度很高,但时间短,旧路面内的沥青不会因温度太高而老化。目前现有的加热方式有火焰加热、红外线加热、热气加热、微波加热。其中红外线加热和热气加热为常用的加热方法,微波加热是一项有发展前景的新技术。

Use the infrared heaters or hot air inside two heating machines to heat the road surface and soften it. Adjust the working state of the machines according to the temperature, wind speed, wind direction, humidity of the road surface, and water content of the mixture to ensure the heating temperature of the road surface. In general, by heating with two heating machines, the temperature at a depth of 15cm below the surface layer can reach 150-200 ℃, and the heating depth can reach 4-6 cm. Although the heating temperature is high, the time is short, and the asphalt in the old road surface will not age due to the high temperature. The current heating methods include flame heating, infrared heating, hot gas heating, and microwave heating. Infrared heating and hot gas heating are commonly used heating methods, while microwave heating is a promising new technology.

(2)铣刨翻松路面

路面再生机上安装有铣刨装置。当面层经加热软化后,机器在行走过程中通过铣刨装置将路面翻松。由于路面被加热,因而路面内集料不会产生破碎。翻松的路面材料由收料装置收集到路面中间或搅拌锅中。

The road regeneration machine is equipped with a milling device. After the surface layer is heated and softened, the machine uses a milling device to loosen the road surface during walking. Due to the heating of the road surface, the aggregates inside the road surface will not break. The loosened road surface material is collected by the collection device into the middle of the road surface or in a mixing pot.

(3)拌和整形

翻松的路面材料集中到路中间或搅拌锅后,在其上洒布一定的沥青再生剂进行拌和,通过输送装置送到再生摊铺装置的前面进行摊铺,形成再生路面层。

After the loosened road surface material is concentrated in the middle of the road or in a mixing pot, a certain amount of asphalt rejuvenator is sprinkled on it for mixing, and sent to the front of the rejuvenator paving device through a conveying device for paving, forming a recycled road surface layer.

(4)罩新面

(4) Cover the new surface

再生机前面装有1只集料斗,新拌制的沥青混合料由自卸汽车卸入集料斗内,由输送机将新混合料运送到后面的摊铺装置,根据所需要的路拱、摊铺宽度和摊铺厚度(考虑松铺系数),把新混合料摊铺到经过再生的路面上,然后进行碾压即形成平整、密实的路面。

There is one aggregate hopper installed in front of the regeneration machine. The newly mixed asphalt mixture is unloaded into the hopper by a dump truck and transported by a conveyor to the paving device at the back. According to the required road arch, paving width, and paving thickness (considering the coefficient of looseness), the new mixture is spread onto the regenerated road surface, and then rolled to form a flat and dense road surface.
