一、清洗外表

1、 Cleaning the exterior

冷再生机在施工过程中会有大量的灰尘落到再生机的表面，包括施工中沾污的油迹等污染物，影响外观事小，更为严重的是成为腐蚀的诱发因素。

二、保养转子及其罩壳和滑靴

2、 Maintain the rotor and its casing and shoes

1.检查转子是否有水泥结垢等，及时清理灰尘，对需要割除、焊接的刀具及时更换；2.清理转子罩壳上的灰尘，并在施工结束收车时将转子罩壳垫起地面5-10公分，防止雨雪的浸蚀；3.检查滑靴，对已经磨损的滑靴部分进行补焊，螺纹处应涂抹黄油防锈。

1. Check if there is cement scaling on the rotor, clean the dust in a timely manner, and replace the cutting tools that need to be cut or welded in a timely manner; 2. Clean the dust on the rotor casing and pad the rotor casing 5-10 cm above the ground at the end of construction to prevent erosion by rain and snow; 3.
