据了解,该公司自2017年在第一师、第三师等13个师展开设就地冷再生设备租赁业务以来,累计完成二级路34公里、三四级路228公里。

早在2015年,兵团第九师率先在公路大中修中引入就地冷再生工艺,通过2—3年的运行,冷再生技术效果逐步显现。2018年4月,交通运输部颁布《公路养护工程管理办法》,兵团交通运输局结合兵团公路养护实际,将绿色低碳理念贯穿于交通基础设施规划、建设、运营和维护之中,大力推广新技术、新工艺,提高养护质量和效益。当年9月,兵团交通运输局召开南北疆公路预防性养护现场观摩会,为冷再生技术在兵团公路养护中的推广应用打下了坚实的基础。

In September of that year, the Transportation Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps held an on-site observation meeting for the preventive maintenance of highways in northern and southern Xinjiang, laying a solid foundation for the promotion and application of cold recycling technology in the maintenance of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps highways.
该技术可使旧沥青路面材料100%循环利用,有效减少原材料的采购,解决了砂石料运输和废料处置等问题,有效节约资源、减少环境污染。同时,施工过程全部实现机械化和自动化,作业方便,工序连贯,交通影响小。与以往传统路面大修相比,节约能源60%以上,减少二氧化碳排放量80%以上,节约工程成本20%以上,缩短工期30%以上,并能有效解决兵团大部分农村公路年旧失修,技术等级低,无水泥稳定基层,承载力不足等问题。

Compared with traditional road surface repairs in the past, it saves more than 60% of energy, reduces carbon dioxide emissions by more than 80%, saves more than 20% of engineering costs, shortens the construction period by more than 30%, and can effectively solve the problems of aging and disrepair, low technical level, lack of cement stabilized base, and insufficient bearing capacity of most rural roads in the Corps.
目前就地冷再生技术已经在兵团各师成功应用,并已经向自治区部分地州推广,这一新技术使用范围将进一步扩大,对于兵团公路大中修养护具有很高的推广和应用价值,对实现兵团交通“2030碳达峰,2060碳中和”的战略目标,加强资源高效循环转化和综合协调利用,具有深远意义。
