冷再生机施工前的准备与施工工艺的要求

冷再生机施工前的准备工作主要包括人员准备、机械准备、材料准备、交通协调及后勤保障。
The preparation work before the construction of the cold regenerator mainly includes personnel preparation, machinery preparation, material preparation, traffic coordination and logistics support.
（1）材料要求：水泥选用强度等级为32.5、初凝时间≥3h、终凝时间≤10h且≥6h硅酸盐或普通硅酸盐水泥。水泥应具有良好的工作性、低水化、高后期强度、耐久性、耐腐蚀性和抗裂性能。

（4）工程协调：作好施工总体计划，采取不中断交通半幅施工，作好施工期间交通疏导工作，准备施工作业面的遮挡。

2、施工方案
2. Construction scheme
A、一般规定
A. General provisions
（1）对原路面的路况进行测量和调查，对高于原路面标高5cm以上的地方用铣刨机进行铣刨，并将铣刨后的旧路材料填于低于原路面标高5cm以上的坑槽。
(1) Measure and investigate the road conditions of the original road surface, use a milling machine to mill the places 5cm above the original road surface elevation, and fill the milled old road materials in the pits 5cm above the original road surface elevation.
（2）对原路进行加密挖验，将原沥青路面用冷再生机取样进行标准击实试验，确定合适的含水量与大干密度。

（3）施工过程中根据再生料含水量情况及时调整再生机设定的用水量，密切注意天气变化，避免在雨天进行再生施工。

B、试验段施工
B. Construction of test section
工程正式开工前，选取300m的道路作为试验路段，以确定现有道路的情况是否与设计要求相吻合，并在冷再生的级配、转子的转速及再生机械行走速度、压实工艺几个方面开展工作，为其余路段正式施工积累必要的数据。
Before the formal commencement of the project, 300m road is selected as the test section to determine whether the condition of the existing road is consistent with the design requirements, and work is carried out in the aspects of cold regeneration gradation, rotor speed, walking speed of regeneration machinery and compaction process, so as to accumulate necessary data for the formal construction of other sections.
（1）碾压
(1) Rolling
当平地机对再生层找平后，采用22T振动压路机（前进时静压，返回时振动）碾压1遍，之后用自重26T振动压路机进行碾压2～3遍，再用胶轮压路机终压1遍。碾压过程中按规范要求严格控制平整度。

碾压检测合格后及时采用塑料薄膜覆盖养生，养生期内中断所有交通。因五一路比较繁忙，养生期为7d，养生期间冷再生基层表面始终保持湿润，每天专人看管，确保再生层不因养生不当产生损坏。

冷再生机施工后，等路面强度达到要求后，用空压机吹净浮灰，撒布透层油后，上面洒石屑，之后开放交通。
