泡沫沥青就地冷再生技术特点

泡沫沥青又叫膨胀沥青,是将一定的常温冷水注入热沥青,使其发生膨胀,形成大量的沥青泡沫,经过很短的时间,沥青泡沫破裂。

为了使发泡沥青与常温湿集料拌合充分,膨胀率越大越好,半衰期则越长越好,以便发泡沥青与集料有较长时间进行拌和,提高发泡沥青混合料的质量。评价沥青发泡效果时,膨胀率和半衰期是两个密不可分的指标,的发泡效果应使两个值均比较大,而不能单独采用一个指标来控制。建议发泡沥青的膨胀率≥10 倍,半衰期≥8s。
