粉料水泥撒布车打料注意事项？

粉料撒布车租赁不同型号的车辆容积是不一样的，因此打料的时候要特别注意车辆的容积，以免过于打料造成车厢撑鼓变形，甚于开裂。

水泥撒布车出租在施工过程中，有师傅可能会问，为什么我的车还没装到相对应的吨数车厢会变形呢？其实这个道理很简单，这个和施工所用的物料比重有很大的关系。在一定的容积内，物料比重大了，装载的物料吨位就多，物料比重小了装载的物料吨位就少。那么如何更好的去注意呢？以下几个小常识大家可以借鉴一下。

（1）、打料时注意好罐车的打料管方向，尽量保持罐车打料管和撒布车打料口在同一位置，避免弯折。

（2）、撒布操作系统页面有材料密度设定，可根据材料密度（出厂设定为110×10kg/m?）设定去改变称重报警提醒，材料密度设定数值越大，说明物料比重越大，称重报警数值会越大；材料密度设定数值越小，说明物料比重越轻，称重报警数值会越小。

（3）、同样的罐车不同的物料也有装的多与少的情况，有些罐车师傅也会知道材料密度是多少。比如，同样的运输罐车平时装料35吨就满了，当天装了30吨，这种情况就说明该物料比重偏轻，打料施工的时候就必须得特别留意。

（4）、水泥的比重多受原材料比重影响较大；白灰的比重多受干湿度、掺杂的石粉、颗粒料的含量影响较大，白灰施工的时候要特别留意车辆的打料量。
