1.水泥冷再生

1. Cement cold regeneration

混凝土冷再生灵活运用废弃原材料,并按占比添加一定量的添加剂在自然环境溫度下就地持续地完成原材料的铣刨、粉碎、拌和、路面施工及夯实成形,进而修建出具备需要特性品质的新基层。

Cold recycling of concrete flexibly utilizes waste raw materials and adds a certain amount of additives in proportion to continuously complete the milling, crushing, mixing, pavement construction, and compaction of raw materials on site at natural environmental temperatures, thereby constructing a new base layer with the required characteristic quality.

与传统式工程施工方式对比,混凝土冷再生低成本、率、性价比高,可降低环境污染。

2.沥清冷再生

2. Leaching cold regeneration

沥青道路冷再生将旧路铣刨、脱离所得的回收沥青道路原材料,经粉碎筛分,抽提测量油石比、矿料级配构成及回收沥清的性能参数后,按新的沥清再造混和料配合比设计,适度添加一部分新骨料、水、乳化沥青等,在常温下标准下(不加热)拌和新的沥青道路原材料。冷再生技术性能够降低成本10-20%左右,且生产率高。

Cold recycling of asphalt roads involves crushing and screening the recycled asphalt road raw materials obtained from milling and separating old roads. After extracting and measuring the oil stone ratio, mineral aggregate gradation composition, and performance parameters of recycled asphalt, the mixture is designed according to the new asphalt recycling mix proportion, with a moderate addition of new bone materials, water, emulsified asphalt, etc., and mixed with the new asphalt road raw materials at room temperature (without heating). Cold regeneration technology can reduce costs by about 10-20% and has high productivity.
