沥青混凝土路面冷再生技术的原理

沥青混凝土是道路建设过程中常见的基本施工材料,而且其具有足够的强度和稳定性。相比传统的水泥混凝土路面,沥青混凝土路面具有更平整,无接缝,行车平稳,振动小,噪声低,施工期短,养护方便等优点,因此沥青混凝土路面成为了我国道路建设过程中的主要类型。而冷再生技术是道路建设的一种新型成熟技术,是利用冷再生机械设备加上相应的材料、添加剂、水等将旧沥青混凝土路面进行铣刨、破碎、添加、拌合加工、摊铺、压实作业的过程。特别是对于大中修及路面改造工程,沥青混凝土路面冷再生技术的出现大大降低了建设施工的成本,节省了材料并且提高了材料的利用率,既保护了环境,更带来经济效益。沥青混凝土路面冷再生技术拥有高适应性,建设所需的工期短且建设成本低以及保护环境等优点,在道路建设工作中受到了广泛地使用,推动了道路建设事业的发展。
