Article 3: The scope of expenses should be defined. Does the rent include fuel costs? Does it include operator wages? Does it include transportation fees for equipment entering and leaving the site? The situation where the lessor bears the fuel cost is common in situations where the rent is relatively high and the lessor wishes to simplify the cost settlement. Anything not clearly stated in the contract shall be deemed as not included.

第四条：维修责任划分要明确。 设备施工中出故障，维修费谁出？停机时间算不算租金？这是租赁合同中非常容易扯皮的地方。一般约定：正常磨损由出租方负责，操作不当损坏由承租方负责。合同中还需明确设备故障时的维修响应时效，例如要求12小时内到场抢修。

Article 4: The division of maintenance responsibilities should be clear. Who will bear the maintenance cost if there is a malfunction during equipment construction? Does downtime count as rent? This is the easiest place to argue in the lease agreement. General agreement: The lessor is responsible for normal wear and tear, while the lessee is responsible for damage caused by improper operation. The contract also needs to specify the maintenance response time in case of equipment failure, such as requiring on-site repair within 12 hours.

Article 8: The liability for breach of contract should be clear. How to compensate when one party breaches the contract? How to handle early termination or renewal of lease? All of these need to be specified in the contract.
