在河路口镇尖山村施工现场,机械的轰鸣声此起彼伏,移动破碎机、罐车、就地再生机、压路机等设备协同作业,沿着施工路面缓缓推进。G207国道河路口段作为连接湘桂的重要通道,交通流量较大,尤其是大型货运车辆往来频繁。近年来,随着交通量的持续增长,路面破损情况日益严重。考虑到项目两侧房屋密集,路面不适宜大幅抬升,经过对路面结构和基层类型的综合比较,最终决定采用就地碎石化后水泥冷再生基层+沥青混凝土路面作为施工方案。目前,该项目在确保安全和质量的前提下,加快施工进度,确保工程如期完成。

Considering the dense density of houses on both sides of the project and the unsuitability of significantly raising the road surface, after a comprehensive comparison of the road surface structure and base type, it was ultimately decided to adopt on-site crushed stone cement cold recycled base+asphalt concrete pavement as the construction plan. At present, the project is accelerating the construction progress while ensuring safety and quality, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule.

所谓就地冷再生技术就是利用现有旧路材料作为新修路面骨料,再按相关要求添加新料进行拌合,形成新的水稳基层,经过现场常温拌合、摊铺、碾压等工序,形成路面结构层的再生。旧路材料循环利用率可达100%,并且无需再加铺新的水稳类机构层,降低了路面标高抬升,有效解决公路维修越来越高的问题。
The so-called on-site cold recycling technology is to use existing old road materials as new pavement aggregates, and then add new materials according to relevant requirements for mixing, forming a new water stable base layer. After on-site normal temperature mixing, paving, rolling and other processes, the pavement structure layer is regenerated.
