液体撒布车对于融雪的处理

针对这些疑难问题，我司与美国道格拉斯经合力研发出一款新型智能液体撒布设备---液体撒布车，具体方案如下。

To solve these difficult problems, our company and Douglas of the United States jointly developed a new intelligent liquid distribution equipment - liquid distributor. The specific solutions are as follows.

1.采用RoadMaster控制器+PWM阀，通过脉宽调制控制液压马达转速达到准确控制喷洒剂量的目的。

1. Roadmaster controller + PWM valve is adopted to control the speed of hydraulic motor through pulse width modulation to accurately control the spraying dose.

2.采用GPS模块输出车速信号控制PWM阀的启停。

2. Use GPS module to output vehicle speed signal to control the start and stop of PWM valve.

3.加装一套内循环管路，将底层液体抽出从顶部注入进行循环。

3. Add a set of internal circulation pipeline to extract the bottom liquid and inject it from the top for circulation.

4.采用GPS模块输出车速信号通过RoadMaster控制器实时控制PWM阀开度实现定量喷洒。
