冷再生技术在公路路面车辆行驶的作用下和自然因素的影响下,会发生很多公路病害,常见的有:坑槽、车辙、波浪、松散、沉陷、啃边、翻浆等几种。

1、路面坑槽和车辙是各个季节中路面时常出现的现象,原因是除平时养护不够,或路面铺筑时操作质量不好,经过行车碾压发生变形。这两种情况出现时,应及时按工序处理。
1. Pavement pit and rutting are the common phenomena of pavement in various seasons. The reason is that the maintenance is not enough at ordinary times, or the operation quality of pavement paving is not good, and the deformation occurs after rolling by driving. When these two situations occur, they should be handled according to the working procedure in time.
2、路面波浪是由于路面铺筑质量不好,养护不善,在行车荷载作用下,产生有规则的起伏,形似"搓板",不但影响车速,而且加快车辆结构厚度过薄,路面材料颗粒偏细,粘结料不足,施工时拌和不均匀,碾压不密实等情况都容易产生。
2. Pavement wave is due to poor pavement quality and poor maintenance. Under the action of driving load, it produces regular fluctuation, which is like "washboard". It not only affects the speed, but also speeds up the speed. The thickness of vehicle structure is too thin, the particles of pavement material are too fine, the binder is insufficient, the mixing is uneven during construction, and the rolling is not dense.
3、路面松散是在天气干旱时发生,主要是由于铺筑路面时粘土料含量少,塑性指数低,材料拌和与分布不均匀,碾压不实,或平时养护工作做得不够造成的。此外,由于冰冻翻浆,经和车碾压,路面隆起开裂也将形成松散。

It is mainly caused by less clay content, low plasticity index, uneven mixing and distribution of materials, poor compaction, or insufficient maintenance. 4、沉陷是路基本身强度不足引起的,当大型车辆行驶到路面上,如其强度不足就会出现坑槽,车辙既深且多,或破坏面积很大且深达基层;或路面沉陷过剧,路基翻浆严重等情况,须进行局部或整段大修。

5、路面啃边是由于养护不周,路肩缺土或路肩被水冲刷,车辆碾压沉陷和没及时填土养护,经车辆先靠边行驶、碾压造成的。出现啃边后应及时补救以免扩大,否则将来既耗材又费力。

6、公路路基翻浆的形成是因公路大多都建在靠近农村和团场的农田地带,就是不靠农田的公路,农田冬季灌溉渗入路基底部,随着毛细水的上升,路基土层受水浸透而冻结。待春暖化冻时,路基土层内的水由上而下化解,化解的水继续向下渗透,如果路基土层属于透水性良好的材料,对路面不会产生在太大的影响,但在盐碱地带的路基,如果材料的透水性不好,在行车反复碾压下,路面出现"弹簧"现象,这种状况大部分出现在每年的2月底,严重阻碍交通,导致翻车、阻车,给公路运输造成的危害很大。
6. The farmland irrigation infiltrates into the base of the road in winter, and with the rise of capillary water, the subgrade soil layer is saturated and frozen. When the spring thaws, the water in the subgrade soil layer is dissolved from top to bottom, and the dissolved water continues to penetrate downward. If the subgrade soil layer is a material with good water permeability, it will not have a great impact on the pavement. However, in the saline alkali zone, if the material has poor water permeability, the pavement will appear "spring" phenomenon under repeated rolling, which mostly occurs in February every year At the end of the month, it seriously obstructs the traffic, leading to car overturning and blocking, causing great harm to highway transportation.
