冷再生机路面养护中的接缝问题该怎么处理？

冷再生机在运行作业过程中，因为冷再生器的关闭而引起的接缝问题，如何处理?

每次泊车，即使只需要几分钟就可以更换罐车，也会对整个接缝处收回材料的均匀性形成严重影响。因而，在施工中应尽量削减停工。在不可避免的情况下，应细心处理形成的横向接缝。

1.当临时停工后重新开工时，整个再生装置应后退1.5-2米再生材料，以确保所有材料在开工后得到处理。

2.一个工段应预留4-6米的实时压路，下一工段不碾压。

再生层稳定后，再生料基本处于稳定状态，但不能完全再生机轮轨。此时轮距深度约为0.5-1厘米。

当两段再生完成且全部稳定后，用平地机进行平整。初次调平的目的是一和二块右侧的三排轮轨。二次平整主要是在刮料机前均匀摊铺再生料，同时考虑再生层的水平和垂直坡度。然后对整个作业段进行平整。

再生机的工作宽度一般小于再生路面的工作宽度。因此，整个道路的再生需要多次操作，导致几个相邻工作面之间出现纵向接缝。

一般来说，相邻工作面之间的较小重叠为10cm，以确保纵向接缝处回收材料的连续性，同时避免相邻工作面之间存在不回收的夹带。
