道路的冷再生什么意思呢？

　　冷再生机技术是在常温下使用冷再生机械连续完成铣刨和破碎包括面层和部分基层在内的旧路面结构层、添加再生材料、拌和、摊铺、碾压等作业过程.重新形成具有一定承载能力的结构层的- -种工艺。现在更为的是技术是沥青路面就地热再生。

　　Cold regeneration technology is a process of milling and crushing the old pavement structure layer including the surface layer and part of the base layer, adding recycled materials, mixing, paving, rolling and other operation processes under normal temperature by using cold recycling machinery, so as to re form the structural layer with certain bearing capacity. Now the more advanced technology is the hot recycling of asphalt pavement.

　　现场热再生法就是在旧路面现场利用移动式的现场热再生设备将旧沥青路面加热、耙送、经过翻挖后加入再生剂、新沥青、新骨料送进搅拌缸拌和 ,从而获得优良的再生沥青混凝土,铺筑成再生沥青路面。此过程是- -一个动态连续的过程。在此过程中需根据路面材料配方的不同以及工程质量要求,进行配比设计,确定旧沥青混合料中再生剂、新沥青材料、新集料的比例。
