就地冷再生技术(In-Situ Cold Recycling)是一种直接在原路面上进行的道路修复工艺,通过破碎旧路面材料(沥青层或部分基层),加入再生剂(如泡沫沥青、乳化沥青、水泥等),经拌和、摊铺、压实后形成新的路面结构层。该技术实现旧料100%循环利用,属于绿色可持续的道路养护技术。
In Situ Cold Recycling is a road repair process that is directly carried out on the original pavement. By crushing the old pavement materials (asphalt layer or part of the base course), adding regenerants (such as foam asphalt, emulsified asphalt, cement, etc.), a new pavement structure layer is formed after mixing, paving, and compaction. Taking the cold recycling of foam asphalt as an example, the principle is to inject normal temperature water into hot asphalt to make asphalt expand instantaneously to form a large amount of asphalt foam. These foam come into contact with the aggregate after breaking and become numerous "small particles" scattered on the surface of the fine aggregate, forming fine aggregate with a large amount of asphalt. After mixing and compacting, fine materials fill the gaps between coarse materials to achieve a stable state of the mixture, thereby forming a high-performance pavement structure layer.

水泥混凝土路面全厚式移动破碎就地冷再生:是指利用移动破碎设备,就地将旧水泥混凝土路面板全厚度破碎成具有一定级配的再生集料(或者通过添加适量的新集料后使再生集料的合成级配满足公路水泥稳定碎石基层的级配要求),然后添加再生剂(通常是水泥,或者掺配一定比例的其它胶凝结合料)、活性剂(如钢渣超微粉等,改善再生结构层的性能)、水后,通过再生机就地拌和成水泥稳定碎石混合料,经初压、整平、终压、养生,最终形成一定厚度的再生水泥稳定(或其它材料稳定)碎石基层(或者中、下面层)。
