（1）、人孔打开后注意保存好螺栓，避免丢失

（2）、多留意天气预报，如有雨，应提前将人孔密封螺栓重新紧固到位。如怕紧固不到位，可选择在人孔上方再包装一层防雨布。

（3）、雨后或长期人孔灌装施工，应多留意车厢内是否有物料板结情况，如发现存在物料板结情况，应及时清理。

（4）、人孔经常性的打开，会造成盖处的密封胶条密封不到位或脱落，应及时检查更换。

（5）、搅拌站物料存储罐内水泥长时间存储有可能会产生物料板结块，从人孔放料时一定要特别留意，同时不要敲击搅拌站物料存储罐体，如在装料的过程中发现有板结块掉落在车厢内，应立即停止加料，并将板结块取出。

(5) Long term storage of cement in the material storage tank of the mixing plant may result in the formation of biological material board clumps.
