冷再生机机械的保养注意事项

一、清洗外表
1、 Cleaning the exterior
1、冷再生机租赁在施工过程中会有大量的灰尘落到再生机的表面，包括施工中沾污的油迹等污染物，影响外观事小，更为严重的是成为腐蚀的诱发因素。

二、保养转子及其罩壳和滑靴

1.检查转子是否有水泥结垢等，及时清理灰尘，对需要割除、焊接的刀具及时更换；

三、减速机齿轮油的更换方式

准备事项：

1、场地:要求无尘硬化路面，面积应在200左右，尽量是库房，但要有足够25吨的吊车的工作高度和半径。

4、工具：10、16、18、19、21、22、24、30套筒和扳手少一套、快速扳手及长、短接杆各一、加力杆一根、30的轮胎扳手、10毫米的内六角扳手、55的活口扳手两把、小号活口扳手一把、小号的老虎钳一把、手钳一把、一字螺丝刀一把、大小锤头各一、撬棍两根，配备气动扳手和气泵，能提高工作效率。
4. Tools: at least one set of 10, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 30 sockets and wrenches, one quick wrench, one long and short connecting rod, one booster rod, 30 tire wrench, 10 mm Hex key, two 55 open-end wrenches, one small open-end wrench, one small Lineman's pliers, one hand wrench, one slotted screwdriver, one large and small hammer head, two crowbars, and equipped with Impact wrench and air pump, which can improve working efficiency.
