The working device of the cold regeneration rental machine is a milling mixing rotor equipped with a large number of special milling cutters. The machine runs along the working face on the old road surface, the rotor drops to the set depth, rotates at high speed, grinds, breaks and mixes the raw road materials (including surface course and base course). At the same time, the water spraying system draws water from the accompanying water truck according to the driving speed and milling depth, and automatically sprays a certain amount of water into the cover of the working device.
The delivery volume of water is accurately controlled by the pumping system controlled by microprocessor. The milling rotor shall fully mix the water and milling materials evenly.
Liquid stabilizers, such as hot asphalt (the cold regenerator can be equipped with emulsified asphalt spraying device), can spray emulsified asphalt into the housing of the working device through specially designed nozzles; Powdery stabilizer, such as cement, can be spread on the working face of the regenerator according to the designed addition amount. The regenerator will crush and mix the powdery stabilizer with the pavement and water at one time.
In situ cold regeneration technology is not only applicable to the maintenance and reconstruction of high-grade roads, but also to the maintenance and reconstruction of general roads and rural roads. This technology has been applied in Europe, America and other countries since the 1950s. At present, it has been widely used in developed countries, and is often used as the first choice for pavement maintenance.
Since China introduced the first pavement cold recycling machine from abroad in 1998, in recent years, the in-situ cold recycling technology has been widely concerned and recognized by people in the industry in China, and the popularization speed is very fast. For example, it has been widely used in Liaoning, Jilin and Hebei, and has achieved good social and economic results.
