冷再生机对于施工有什么要求？

1、乳化沥青再生与泡沫沥青再生压实度

高速公路与一级公路的乳化沥青再生压实度需要达到90%以上，泡沫沥青再生压实度需要达到98%以上；二级及二级以下公路，乳化沥青再生压实度需达到88%以上，泡沫沥青再生压实度需要达到97%以上。每车道每检查两次。

The compactness of emulsified asphalt for Expressway and first grade highway needs to reach more than 90%, and the degree of regeneration and compaction of foam asphalt needs to reach more than 98%. 发现沥青含量矿料级配异常时应随时检验，检验方法为油提筛分。

4、冻融劈裂强度比

冻融劈裂强度比应大于70%,每三个工作日检查一次。

5、其他检查项目

5. Other inspection items

残留稳定度，干湿劈裂强度比，马歇尔稳定度，15℃劈裂强度等，需要每工作日检查一次，符合设计要求。

Residual stability, dry wet splitting strength ratio, Marshall stability, 15 ℃ splitting strength, etc. need to be checked every working day to meet the design requirements.
