施工现场管理贯穿于工程施工的全过程，充分的施工准备是管理好施工现场的基础。施工单位只有通过充分的施工准备，才能保障施工过程的连续、协调、均衡和经济。在进行施工准备工作中应注意以下问题：

The following problems should be paid attention to in the construction preparation work:
1．要建立严谨、规范的内部约束、考核、激励机制，用制度管人，用规章管理工程。

2．要补充调查工程沿线影响施工的因素，标注出平面位置图，并进行、论证，写出调查报告，作为修订施工方案、编制施工控制预算的依据。

6．建立工地试验室，并申请临时资质。对施工中拟使用的各种原材料取样试验，建立相关技术参数的数据库。

7．绘制关键工序施工工艺流程图和试验操作规程、质量检查评定、计量支付、设计变更、事故处理等操作管理框图，并使图表上墙。
