水泥撒布车在施工完后该怎么办？

若施工作业完成后，沥青罐内仍有少量剩余沥青，可利用排放口予以排放。

若沥青剩余较多，则可使用强排功能：在强排口连接软管，打开阀门①及强排阀⑦，然后启动沥青泵。

If there is a lot of asphalt left, the forced discharge function can be used: connect the hose at the forced discharge outlet, open valve ① and forced discharge valve ⑦, and then start the asphalt pump.

待沥青罐内剩余沥青排尽后，对沥青泵及管路进行清洗。

关闭所有阀门，打开高压空气冲洗系统球阀，对后喷管进行清洗，使残余沥青经喷嘴排出。

若使用过手喷枪，则关闭手喷枪控制球阀，打开高压空气冲洗系统球阀，对手喷枪进行清洗。

在对沥青泵和管路进行清洗后，必须关闭冲洗系统各球阀。

撒布车在施工作业完成、清理工作实施后，应进行复位。

关闭所有阀门；

将后排管折叠，插入插销固定；

在后控制台操作提升气缸将后排管提升上限位置，并利用挂钩将其固定。

Operate the lifting cylinder in the rear console to lift the rear pipe to the upper limit position, and fix it with the hook.

对沥青软管进行检查、复位、防止扭曲；

检查冲洗系统各球阀，并予以关闭；

检查减速器是否脱档，拔叉复位。
